Christine is no strangers to the travel industry and comes to Travel Connection with 6 years of previous travel advisor experience.
Christine’s niche in the travel industry are Cruises, Packages, and All-Inclusive resorts.
Christine is excited to begin helping you plan your next adventure. Being an avid cruiser herself, Christine
loves guiding clients through the process of helping you choose the perfect vacation. She lives in West Virginia
with her husband. When she’s not cruising, Christine enjoys painting with watercolors, watching scary movies,
and singing with her husband. Christine is also a Nationally Certified Speech Language Pathologist.

Lisa Hooghkirk
For over 20 years Lisa has been fortunate enough to travel along with her clients by planning their dream adventures and
travels throughout the world. She found her love of travel at an early age and has loved being part of the industry helping
people enjoy life, relax, and explore new experiences.
Lisa studied Travel and Tourism in college and landed a job at the first and oldest travel agencyon Long Island, NY, after
graduation, which she was able to become the owner of. She was able to continue her journey booking high end
leisure travel for the residents of Southampton, NY and surrounding areas. Lisa loved living vicariously through
her clients while they enjoyed Antarctica, African safaris, Europe, and the Caribbean. During this time,her parents lived
on Anguilla, BWI, and was able to gain extensive knowledge of the Caribbean by traveling throughout the islands with
family. After moving our family to Virginia, Lisa was able to secure a Travel position with the Largest Travel
Organization in the US where she was given the opportunity to explore corporate travel and developed a love
for the fast paced, ever changing world of business travel.
Her greatest love is spending time with my family and if they are traveling together, better yet. They love the beach and all
things summer, traveling to the mountains, and especially love to experience the magic of the "happiest place on earth", Disney.
Seeing the joy of travel and new experiences through the eyes of her grandchildren is the greatest gift.
